Miss Pinup New Zealand 2017 in association with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

Kia ora! If you follow me on any of my social channels, you’ll have seen that I’m a finalist in Miss Pinup New Zealand in association with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum!

If you could take a second to watch my application video I would love that, and vote Mrs Greatnews for People’s Choice Pinup of Miss Pinup New Zealand in association with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum ➡️ http://bit.ly/VoteMrsGreatnews

So, wait, what is Miss Pinup New Zealand (in association with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum)?

Miss Pinup New Zealand (in association with Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum) is the annual pageant at the Very Vintage Day Out. It’s been running since 2012 (in the first year it was called Miss Vintage) and celebrates women who love the vintage/reproduction/pinup lifestyle and recognises that we come in all shapes and sizes. Previous winners include Lady Kitty Hawk (2012), Honey L’Amour (2013), Miss Victory Violet (2014), Bettie Rage (2015) and Fran Robertson (2016).

What does it involve?

On the 28th of October myself and the other nine finalists will strut our stuff on stage in three outfit categories; daywear, swimwear and eveningwear with a talent section in between. The day will finish off with a Q+A for the top four contestants and then the winners will be announced. The titles up for grabs are Miss Picture Perfect (best photos in the application), People’s Choice Pinup (based on popular vote), Miss Vintage (first runner up) and Miss Pinup (the main title).

That sounds awesome! Can I come along?

Absolutely! If you’re in Auckland on the 28th, you can pre-purchase tickets for Very Vintage Day Out here: http://bit.ly/2xjueHu
